Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung India is a German development organisation, operative in 60 countries across the globe, with its headquarters in Munich, Germany. The foundation has two liaison offices in India: New Delhi and Bangalore.

We hereby invite applications for our office in New Delhi, for the position of
Part-time Office Assistant for a period of a minimum of 6 months, starting 1st of November 2020

The position involves the following tasks and functions:

  • Office management and administration
  • Assistance to the Resident Representative
  • Management and organisation of contracts (vendor payment, procurement)
  • Day-to-day official communication
  • Event organisation and support
  • Support with accountancy
  • Translation of official documents (English ↔ German)
  • Research and data analysis

Requirements:

  • Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent (written) communication skills in English; German language proficiency is an advantage (B2+)
  • Sound knowledge and experience in administrative tasks
  • Good grasp over office software
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, structured approach to work
  • Diligence with finances and confidential data
  • Self-assertive and confident approach
