Hanns-Seidel-Foundation India e.V. is a German foundation that has been working in India as a liaison office for the last 25 years.
Our offices are located in Delhi and (from 2019) in Bengaluru, with the Delhi office acting as the administrative hub. We work with local partners in accordance with FCRA regulations on development projects covered by the bilateral agreements between India and Germany. We operate within the regulatory framework in India and also in accordance with the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development in Germany.
This tender is for financial, accounting and advisory services. The broad list of services is given below:
- Check and maintain books of accounts
- File annual accounts to the required authorities
- File income tax/ tax returns of employees and vendors
- Advise and assist on FRRO-related matters
- Assist in salary and social security payments like Provident Fund
- Assist in finalization of employee and vendor contracts
- File required returns, applications and documents in relation to RBI, Registrar of Companies or a similar authority
- Update the foundation on the changes in relevant accounting/ financial laws and ensure compliance
- Update the foundation of changes in FEMA/ FCRA regulations and ensure compliance
- Assist the foundation in scrutinizing the status of partners and project agreements
- Advise and assist in any matters regarding the legal status of the foundation
- Assist the foundation in all compliance-related matters

The contract period will be from 01.04.24 to 31.03.28 initially, and it may be extended based on mutual agreement.

Preference will be given to service providers with experience in foreign foundations in India.
